Suzuki panniers and Givi trekker outback 58 litre topbox?
« on: December 07, 2020, 21:40:02 »
Okay, here is my first post 😳

I am considering getting a 1050 XT with Suzuki panniers, my question is, will the Suzuki top opening panniers and Givi trekker outback 58 litre topbox work? Or will the width of the top box prevent the panniers opening? We want a large topbox that will take 2 fullface helmets and give will work for 2 weeks away. Plus we already have the topbox 🤔👍

Not sure if anyone knows or has tried it?

Cheers
Dave

Second part to my question for those who ride with a pillion. Do the standard metal panniers cause any problems with the seating or leg position of the pillion? They look like they are quite high in relation to the rear seat? As my wife can be on the bike for some 400-500 mile days she needs to be comfortable!
