I'm sure Maxton or K-Tech would sort a shock out for you, nobody has a bad word to say about them (K-Tech did a good job re-valving the forks on another of my bikes).

K-Teck or Hagon will make one to order.
If they don't have a known working setup, send them your shock and 10 days later they will send it back with a new one.

I arranged a made to order shock for a CRF250 Rally as it was so new no one had got their mitts one to make anything aftermarket.
