It is, trust me.
No MOT for bikes, 300 sunny days a year, only 30 days a year with a rain (here in south). Temperatures in winter never below 15ºC during a day and 8ºC during a night. That kind of "winter" lasts for about 2 months.
As a biker, one of the reasons I've chosen south of Portugal when I deceided to move from central Europe 23 years ago, was this kind of weather. Now I can ride all year, day and night. For example, it was 29ºC today.
The summer is a bit hot. The temperature goes up to 42-43ºC so you either risk and ride in shorts and tshirt or stay at home. I choose first option... ALWAYS... I can't help it!
