DL1000 & 650 Full LED Headlight (not just the bulbs upgrade)

I don't understand a word of what they're saying in the video but the headlight looks very interesting.
What I know so far is that it fits DL1000 2014-2019 and latest DL650.

The light unit in the YouTube link looks a bit cobbled together. The two small light units above the main light are just cheap eBay lights. I have a pair of them on my bike as auxiliary lights. Not sure how it works in Portugal but in the UK those will not pass an MOT test. They are unlikely to be "e" marked and would now be classed as a change from the lights supplied when new. Hopefully kwackboy could confirm or deny my suspicions. This is more his area than mine! The Aliexpress unit looks better, but again I suspect not road legal in the UK.

This might come as a shock a bit:
There is no MOT for motorcycles in Portugal... yet...
For decades they are trying to start with it but there are always some legislation problems. So we have our bikes the way we want them. Tyres, lights, LED's, exhausts...
Have I mentioned already that this is Heaven for bikers?

It is, trust me.
No MOT for bikes, 300 sunny days a year, only 30 days a year with a rain (here in south). Temperatures in winter never below 15ºC during a day and 8ºC during a night. That kind of "winter" lasts for about 2 months.
As a biker, one of the reasons I've chosen south of Portugal when I deceided to move from central Europe 23 years ago, was this kind of weather. Now I can ride all year, day and night. For example, it was 29ºC today.
The summer is a bit hot. The temperature goes up to 42-43ºC so you either risk and ride in shorts and tshirt or stay at home. I choose first option... ALWAYS... I can't help it!

Summer sounds a bit too hot for biking. That must be the beer drinking season! Must be great to have so much riding time. I'm getting withdrawal symptoms.

As far as I understood from one of previous replies you have to send him your headlight unit and he does the work. Well, that is not what I'd do.
There is a person on facebook that bought the one from AliExpress and he said he'll test it out and see. I'll wait for his review.
