Screw loose
« on: May 17, 2019, 10:28:39 »
Hi Chaps
I didn't want to ask what I think is a silly question but I've given in.  I lost a fairing bolt the other day and spent ages trying to find a replacement on eBay and other sites.
I eventually bought a couple (in case of reoccurence) of M6 x 16mm bolts from a Suzuki-focused website which looked absolutely spot on in the photos - but they're too big.
It would be jolly spiffing if anyone could let me know the size of the bolt ringed in yellow and even more jolly if you have a link to where I can find one - to save me face asking for such a piddly little item at the dealers.  :thumb:
Cheers

:text-goodpost: Get it from Robinson's Foundry. I replaced one from them a few years ago.

Nothing is too big or too small at my local dealer. They even text me when the order is ready. That said I've never asked the girl on the parts d counter for a screw.  :icon_wink:
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.
