Excellent, detailed video!
On my old SV650, I used to use red rubber grease on the caliper sliding pins, which worked OK, but after a year of usage it had dried out and was not lubricating the pins effectively. I switched to white silicone brake grease (like you use in the video) and the caliper action was much improved. Also it never seems to dry out between annual caliper servicing.
