selling my 2003 DL1000, I bought the bike in 2011 with 11,000 kilometres I.e.7,000 miles showing, it has now covered 41000 kilometres I.e 26,000 miles which has been mostly an annual tour in European countries predominately Spain, in that time it has been meticulously maintained and the following modifications carried out;
clutch basket conversion by john sykes (VIBE FREE)
Cymarc srocket alignment spacer and oil cooler guard
braided hoses fitted to all brakes and clutch hydraulics
SBS front brake pads
updated clutch slave cylinder (has the dust seal which the early model does not)
Engine oil and filter changed every 2000 miles
Cooling system now filled with long life anti freeze
Continental trail attack tyres in good condition that have done approximately 2,000 miles
fitted with givi monokey top box back plate
Overall the bike is in excellent condition and far above average for the year, it has always been garaged and never used in anything but warm weather whilst in my ownership
Was serviced before being garaged for winter including throttle body synchronisation
Only selling as have bought a brand new bike
Comes with genuine Suzuki workshop manual and parts book, also two keys
