Rear frame lugs

Hi all, sorry to sound a bit dim, but.... What are the 2 threaded lugs for either side of my rear wheel on the frame please?

Sorry, just realised that they are for the paddock stand, I don't use one. A

 8mm thread bobbins are what you need
