I've got the XL on my Glee. It won't fit with panniers and top box.

I only had a top box on my bike, but as Paul said it will not fit with panniers and top box sorry.

thanks for that sounds like its as bad as my R & G Adventure bike cover just about fits with panniers but no chance with topbox
