Connector colors are not standard. It could be black, brown or green for example. What you need to look for are wire colors. The connector will have an orange yellow wire on the side that leads to the ignition switch and an orange/red wire on the side that leads to the ECU. It will be on the back of the radiator top shroud. This picture shows some connectors unplugged or removed. You need to either move the radiator or take off the tank for access.



For tank removal, here's one video. You don't really need to remove the fuel. Low fuel makes the tank lighter, but I've removed full tanks before.
