hi blokes,
           I'm going to put a new clutch in to my vee, do I have to change the metal plates ?
any advice welcome.

ps. are ebc plates OK?

Maybe. If the steel plates look okay, they can be reused. If they are warped or look blue from overheating, they need to be replaced. Make sure to soak the new fibre plates for a while in oil before installing them. Have you been doing a lot of off road clutch slipping? It's unusual for a clutch to need new plates.

no to the off road bit, but I do ride it hard. lot of off the line stuff etc and she has done 33000m not all by me, but like I said I do give it a big hand full all the time.
it has felt bad from start in 1st for a couple of months now but the other day it sliped bad as I went in to 4th under full power.
