How many miles to a tank

Jethro - I usually fil up around 180 miles on my K4 Wee (which is much less economical than any post 2007 650) and have a max of 226 miles from a tank.

2 weeks ago on trip to Croatia. 240 on a tank full.  one black dot showing on the fuel gauge, 2016 DL650. can't remember how much I put in to fill it backup.

I don't even give it a thought until it hits the 220 mark.....unless I am in some God forsaken part of the world.

300 kms usually before I fill up, still plenty of range left even at that, but I think it's better for the fuel pump not to run too low.

I have a 2015 Wee and I get twitchy around the 180 mile mark, that's about the point at which I'm down to one bar.

At my last fill up it took 17 litres to full. Done 254 miles.

Hello All

Over the last 12000 miles I have averaged 247 miles to a tank, mostly at motorway speeds M25/M3 & A3.

My Max distance still with 1 square showing but pump flashing was 273 mile.

I only use Sainsbury's or BP unleaded, and brim the tank to just over the filling hole.

This being on a L0 650 all in standard condition

Hi jethro I have the same bike with exactly the same problem except on standard cans can you let me know how things go as I'm looking to resolve this myself

2017 650, 300 miles per tank. Typical mpg is low to mid 70's.

My 2017 v 1000 after fitting the Scorpion exhaust is now returning nearly 66 mpg imperial, that's tank to tank filling. The computer average shows less at 60 mpg, gives a safe margin. You should be able to get a safe range of 250 miles even hard riding, perhaps not track days though But saying that my Guzzi Stelvio performed better the harder it was ridden, 350 miles before filling THAT up.

07 Wee with 68k miles usually returns 58mpg.

I fill up around the 200-210 mark usually
