Vulnerable electrical parts on Glee

I did lots of reading on the forum when I bought my Glee and took the advice to fit the headlamp relay kit etc.
I had read about the electrical connectors under the tank of some models being vulnerable to water damage but misread this was on the 1000.
Recently I've seen several threads about similar on the Glee so I want to get mine checked. Are all the vulnerable connectors under the tank? I ask as I've seen mentioned a connector in the left fairing area causing problems.
I've tried the search function but can't find a thread with the location of this. Could anyone point me to a thread that describes which connectors are involved?

There's a load under the tank just behind the radiator. About four or five in a row that are particularly prone to corrosion. Split them, pour some ACF50 in there and pop some inner tube over them zip tied at the front end to minimise water ingress.

Thank you. I've seen ACF50 mentioned as a spray or a grease. Which would be the better to use. I presume it has an additive that works against any corrosion?

I use the 1ltr bottle (liquid). Pour some into the cap of the bottle then pour it into each connector. You can also use the liquid on a cloth to spread over the metal parts of the bike to protect against corrosion (or us it in an air compressor).

I do use the ACF50 corrosion block (grease) too especially in winter. Whack a dollop of it on all the exposed bolts etc to keep corrosion at bay.

mrp, the connector in the left hand fairing is easily found. Turn the bars to the right and look down the left side, you will see it about the height of the bottom fork clamp trapped by a clip to the plastic. It's fairly large.
I use the ACF50 grease for the connectors and the liquid (use a spray gun & compressor if you can) on the rest of the bike. The liquid goes a long way and a misting via a spray gun is sufficient. IMHO.
Not on brakes or tyres!!!!

There is a connector at the back of the clocks that is susceptible to corrosion, a large plastic sheath houses two (I think) block connectors as mentioned inside the lh fairing that is easily visible.
The others (3 I think) are above/behind the rad and are just about visible with a torch.
You can protect them fairly easily without disassemby by squirting spray grease from above the rad directly into the connector. Do them a few times, leaving a couple of days apart. It works surprisingly well.
I also cut some foam workshop mat to fill the gap between the rad & frame that prevents direct water ingress into the connectors

Most certainly worth doing as it's a dreadful setup.
