I wouldn't be surprised if they end up being sold nearer the £4k mark pretty quickly...Can't really see how they could launch at a lower price when you consider that Yamaha MT125 and KTM Duke 125 are more than £4k new now too...Time will tell, but pretty sure this will sell well in India and Thailand....
