OK,
thanks blokes, I knew that interval on plugs is crazy. I was as well not to change them for a looooong miles yet. I will inspect them, as my Glee was purchased 2nd hand.
I know I have read somewhere, before getting my Glee, that there was some mess on dealers' info on plugs, so people would go on scheduled service, plugs changed and then all the mess started. Later was discovered it was bad info on plugs, as plugs were being changed to different type. I know it was on DL650 but I don't remember if it was Wee or Glee.
As I now have Suzuki Service Manual, I was just asking this question to make sure with you blokes that the wrong info was not in this service manual. But you're all saying the same reference as in this manual, so I see I can trust it. No, I was not about to change plugs, just to inspect them. I'm ex-mechanic myself (car mechanic) and I know a lot about "scheduled maintenance" and "recommended intervals". So, warranty is to end when bike reaches 12000 km's (recomended interval) so no need to worry about dealer anymore. All of the service will be done by myself using OEM parts. I'm not even sure I'll change brake fluid and coolant or wait one more year (until my Glee is 3 years old). Will see about that one, yet to decide (opinions?).
Thanks again
