I have had givi airflows on a few of my bikes ...yes they do work loose over time but its just a matter of tightening the two plastic locking brackets 1/2 a turn in with a 10mm spanner ..also the parts are all available,  if you go to a givi dealer there quite cheap . I had a large stone  hit and crack the top sliding screen and got a new one for £20 .

You say parts are all available.
Is it possible to buy just lower portion of the screen?

I don't know if you can buy the lower part of the screen , I would suspect that you have to buy the whole screen to get that , but as I said you can buy the top and the plastic locking brackets separate..
