Yorkshire Air Museum.

I along with Ridaz and Bigpie's mate (Stewart?) participated in Bigpie's bank Holiday Rideout. Needless to say BIGBAPS Cafe was shut (Bank Holiday) so we detoured to the Yorkshire Air Museum http://yorkshireairmuseum.org/ for a brew stop. Seeing the £10 admission charge I asked if it they would let us in to use the Cafe. "Yes", he says "As long as you don't look at anything".

So in we go, not looking at Victor's, Harrier's, Mirage3's etc etc. Decent brew and bacon sarnie and our "flying visit" is over.

Well worth a visit if we had more time.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

We went there last year with Ride of Honour. Great place to go and some fantastic roads nearby too :thumb:

The good roads were the reason we were there. B1228 from Howden and the A161 from Crowle. Traffic free, an absolute blast today.

Wish I could have joined you but the 2.5 year old had other ideas. Hopefully sometime soon...

Despite the traffic on the A1 trying to stop me, I did get back in time. I did leave Scott though, he didn't fancy filtering as quick as me.

Got back home to find the Mrs has booked us on a last minute holiday so I'm now sat in a tin can in Mapplethorpe.
