Switched Circuit for AUX Lights
« on: July 03, 2016, 20:16:07 »
I'm having difficulty identifying a switched circuit to tap into for switched power for AUX lights and a gear position indicator. At the moment I have the lights wired directly to the battery but learnt the hard way this week that that's not going to work long term when I forgot to turn them off and the battery was dead.

An image with a big arrow pointing to the correct wire would be great if any one could help!

Forum search " Bigpie aux fusebox". Painless way to add power circuits without vandalising your bike's loom.

See #3 for switched power at http://www.vstrom.info/Smf/index.php/topic,1461.0.html

Only use such a wire to power a relay. Don't take power directly for the lights from any of those wires.
