A TRE will do nothing on a 650.

I'm not an expert but I think a Throttle body sync and TPS setting might help, or a tweak to the fuelling on a yoshi box.

TREs have almost effect on 650s. It's 1000s that are restricted. How long have you been riding the bike? If it's a short time, you just need to get used to the feel of it. If it's a long time, it may need a new TPS or at least an adjustment. A TBS only affects idle and just off idle and has to be way off to be a problem. Fueling is not an issue on a 650 unless the airbox and exhaust are extensively modified.
Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. 2012 DL650A outlasted me.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 (K2-L2) DL1000s. Veek=2014+ (L4+) DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 (K4-L1) DL650s. Glee = 2012+ (L2+) DL650s

Also check the throttle adjustment/freeplay. Mine was pretty jerky so I recently took out a bit of slack from the throttle which has more or less eliminated the throttle issue. Only took about 10 mins and cost nothing

cheers for the reply's I read on another strom site  that it would help in the lower gears etc il check the throttle cable etc.the issue is really odd like no bike I've been on (although not alot of experience).soon as you roll off and roll on the throttle its like a big jolt rather than a smooth delivery and I'm being really careful quite unnerving sometimes.its fine at higher speeds but in very low speed corners its unnerving.only been out twice on it localy so by no means used to the bike yet its my first bike after my das. thanks again

That's what mine was like. I also adjusted the chain at the same time so worth checking that too. With the throttle free play,  I removed all slack until the bike held revs when no throttle applied then slowly added slack until it stopped reving when the handlebars were turned left (right goes off first). Once handlebars didn't effect the revs I left it at that point.
Since making the adjustments it's really smooth now (although I think the chain needs replacing as I hear ticking/clunking noise as it rotates)
