Just got back from a 4 mile walk, I only had to walk the first three miles as the last one was "assisted".

Though I'd rather have that than the weather being faced by our friends North of Manchester.

Blowin a right royal piggin gale here in the Cotswolds - poor bloody refuse collection blokes are out today - spending more time chasing recycling boxes that emptying the contents!!

Took the dog (spaniel) out and he nearly took off!!

Am currently in SW Scotland. Either there has been a mass sprout eating or the weather is REALLY grumpy. Hoping for a drop in the wind & rain for the ride home to Suffolk.

:bawl:Gutted this morning....Both mine and the other halfs bikes got blown over on the driveway this morning at 7.30...been gusting really bad all night. I think the bike covers acted as sails and just got caught in a gust and over they went....as for damage....not bad my crash bars took the brunt of it and the bar end,the wifes crash bung saved hers with the bar end taking the hit as well....so picked both up and took the covers off...touched up the scrapes and left them uncovered the rest of the day...not a lot you can do with these situations...got away lightly me thinks... :angry-banghead:
