Although,
Live like a Rock Star, Smoking, Drinking, Drugs, Women, have your 70th Birthday, have Christmas, take a nap and die.
There's something to be said for that.

It's been a sad few weeks: Philthy, now Lemmy... Only Fast Eddie left from that line-up now.

I strongly object to 70 being described as "OLD" That Lemmy was only two years older than me and the same age as my S1000R and ZZR1400 biking pals.
We are not old we are just 'older'.

Generally, when I struggle to come to terms with someones age, it really means that I can't believe how old I am

Sitting here reading Motorcycle Sport magazines from 1966 to 1993 and I can't quite take in where the time went. All those bikes and all those people are back, having slipped from my memory for a while.
Never mind my grandson is arriving tomorrow to stay for the weekend. He's great.

Lemmy was one of the few people who burnt the candle at both ends
and
the middle. He had some life in 70 years, RIP feller.
