Sorry we've both lost a much admired friend. The Eagles were my big band when I began my freedom in the 70's, their's was the last music I'd listen to at the end of the day. Their most recent 'history' DVD cemented my lifetime admiration of the group and the work of Don Henley and Glen Frey along with all others in the band over the decades. It's a group I always regretted not getting to see live either back in the 70's or more so since their refomation.
I will miss the man I never really knew, until now. You Joe have a lot more on me and I'm really envious and jealous but mostly sad, but probably not as much as you.
