Have a search for chudder on here, it's well documented, some bikes suffer more than others, I had my Vee for 2yrs and struggled to ride it, learnt to slip the clutch to dodge the vibration, had the mod done by Sharealike and what a transformation, well worth the effort if you are keeping the bike.
