Oh , forgot to mention , if the video looks choppy on Youtube it is NOT  the camera , it is YouTubes rendering of the video . I can assure you that 1080p or 720p  raw video footage is super smooth .  :)

The vids I took on ST 1 and ST 2 were with the original 808#16 camera that he mentions at the start of that video. The new one looks much better and if you buy the mounts for what you want to do with it then it'd be great. The mount hole looks like a standard M6 camera mount, I'm sure you can get mounts from elsewhere that will work properly on a helmet. The features are greatly improved compared to the 808#16, I might get me one of these :)

There'll be someone in the UK selling them, if not there's usually someone that ends up doing it with a popular product like this. I've never paid import duty on anything from the east. I might just be lucky, but I've ordered plenty from there before: replacement laptop fans, several radios and radio accessories, mobile phone accessories, backpacks, cameras and other electronics and that's just naming a few. I've been stung more often getting something from Jersey than from the other side of the world

No import duty
Juv , tiz indeed standard camera mount . Apparently this is a huge improvement  over the #16. The time lapse function, wider angled lens and 60fps are great . Battery lasts around 2 hours and the feature I like most , the camera can be charged while in use .
The listed seller is the manufacturer and works closely with Techmoan , the bloke who reviewed the camera . They are currently developing a waterproof case. Resellers in the uk will charge a mark up . Mine was delivered in under 2 weeks .  :)

I could be wrong ( wouldn't by any means be the first time ) but I always thought the standard camera bushings were still 1/4" Whitworth, not m6. Just worth checking...

I have this camera. It will work as a car cam ie will turn on and off with power on and off, so I set up a handlebar switch to turn the power on and off which gives easy control of the camera

1/4" is 6.35mm, I just judged it by eye as a M6, I don't really know what the right spec for a camera mount is :)

Standard camera mount is 1/4 Whitworth.

Normally when buying from Hong Kong/China they don't care about import duty rules and just write that the  value is below $15 and that it's a gift on the package which is why most of the time you never have any import duty to pay.
