Having done mine now I wouldn't hesitate at 60 quid, probably a bit more too. Well worth it.

apart from what I learned on the course, it also saved me from a speeding ticket yesterday as the bike cop saw the bike safe sticker on my visor and said I should know better and let me off with a warning
