@Gillie76, I weigh more than you, so the Vee shock will work well for the weight that you posted. The spring has an exta coil when compared to number of coils on the old Wee shock.
When on the center stand, you will notice that with the Vee shock, the wheel clearance from the ground is slightly less than with the previous Wee shock. There is still enough clearance to remove the rear wheel.
On the plus side, for your 105kg weight you may have to set the Vee shock sag to below normal. To me, the Vee shock is equivalent to installing a stronger spring on the Wee shock.
Another option is to have a stronger spring installed on the existing shock. Do a search on the site for shock spring upgrade and then compare the pricing of which option works best for you.
@porter, The high prices of both a new and aftermarket replacement shock is what influenced my decission to go with a good condition 2nd hand Vee shock. This side of the pond, to have the Wee shock refurbished was not a viable option neither, due to the high cost.
