I just ordered this brace so what torque should I use when fitting : 14.5 ft lb torque ???

That would be an absolute maximum. Normal torque for a 6mm shank 8.8 hardened bolt would be 7 lb-ft. Superbrace recommends 10 lb-ft for theirs.
