Adjusting idling speed

My wife's 2005 DL650 idles really slow - about 1000rpm but when cold slightly less.
I believe this should be about 1300rpm warm, so how do I adjust this please?

Here you go   http://www.cyclepedia.com/manuals/onlin ... dle-speed/   from what I remember , turn clockwise to increase rpm . .
