OK I have tried to remove my seat key in the back turn pull on rear end is there a knack to it as mine don't seem to want to release its like its caught on the catch or something
don't want to break it any ideas blokes and gals

Try pushing down on the middle of the pillion seat area as you turn the key, this is where the latches are and it can release any upward pressure from the bungs. If this works apply a little oil to the catches to help with subsequent removal.

When you turn the key lift the rear of the seat until it stops (about an inch) then pull the seat to the rear of the bike and it will lift free. If you have a Suzuki top box fitted remove it first!

do you have a Suzuki top box? as my used to catch on the base plate before I fitted the extender from Cymarc
