I'm 99% sure they be Givi

Need to see the top part of the rack to confirm if it's Givi.
It's pronounced 'twenty-one-twelve'

Possibly the Givi PL532 (goes with the Givi V35 or Kappa K33 luggage)?  I've got the K33s and like them -less flash but better value than the Givi kit.

Doesn't curve in at the bottom enough for V35, looks Givi though. Maybe we'd have a better chance if you showed us the whole thing?

Looks givi to me. can't see enough to tell if its monokey though.  Does it have a plastic locking plate thing on the top. It looks small, about 2 inches and sticks out a little bit
I'm sane, honestly. . . I got a certificate to prove it!

Look a lot like my Givi PL532/Kappa KL532 which come with Monokey fittings.

These are the two buttons or mushrooms on the bottom rail, plus a wedge shaped latch on the top rail.

It is the pl532. Will take any flat backed boxes. Will not take the V35's as they are curved and use a different rack. Givi and kappa are the same do you can use either company's boxes, as long as they are monokey. (Source; I sell the stuff :) )

Probably the original Kappa racks, the first Vees had Kappa K40 luggage IIRC. Givi/Kappa MonoKEY boxes will fit.

Just going through old photos to see if I can find any that will help...

Not too sure how the image quality holds up though.

The racks are Givi PL528 which take any of the Monokey Givi or Kappa side cases

Heres a pic when Old Blue was fully loaded with monokey cases and I had the GPR's fitted

C'mon spring I want to get riding
