original frame bolts (replaced via crash bars fitting)
« on: July 26, 2013, 17:59:42 »
hi there blokes

I'm just wondering, would anyone know the size and length to the engine frame bolts that get replaced when fitting crash bars? I include a picture below off another website. you can see an allen key sticking in one bolt.

basically, my dealer fitted my bars for me and lost the bolts. I wasn't bothered at the time as I was picking up my new wee. but now I'm thinking if I want to sell, I don't want the bars to go with the bike. many thanks

I'm sane, honestly. . . I got a certificate to prove it!

finally found out after a long hard search. they are m8 x 30. id need 6 of them

also, I'd need 1 m8 x 45 and 2 m12 x 1.25 x 30 to remove the skid plate, when its time to sell that is. Not for a while I add
