After 16 happy months with my V-Strom, we parted company today. My new garage will only have room for one bike - financially the better of the two to lose was the 650   so the Gixxer stays . Still sometime in the future may get another. Have enjoyed visiting these pages and found the members very helpful. I returned my screen to the original rake after modifying it shortly after purchase to a much more backward sloping position. Wow, today I realised why I had done this -the buffeting on the Motorway was awful on the way to my last destination.

There's no reason not to stay around and still be part of the forums, banter, etc. We'll even take the piss out of you every now and then for doing something like selling your Strom so that you don't feel left out
