Looks dead easy to make yourself , loads of stainless U bolts and ali plate on ebay .

Shamed into it, 3mm ally plate,stainless u bolts and spacer bar ordered - ill post when done - cheers

Recently did this join with stainless p clips. Looks good with stainless bolts. Cost just a couple of quid.

Looked at P clips but they didn't look very strong what make did you use ?
