Personally I'd fit iridium plugs & then forget about them! You should get some for about the same money as that (last ones I bought were £6 each about 2 years ago)

These (CR8E) are the standard plugs and are perfectly good.  As has been mentioned for just a couple of quid more you can fit their Iridium ones (CR8EiX). Ignore the claims about better performance and all that. The benefit is that they will last much longer, rumours in excess of 50,000 miles have been heard. I wouldn't suggest changing yours until needed at the set service point. If you fit them yourself remember to tell any dealer servicing the bike when a plug change is due that you're using them or they'll take them out and bin them!

I use irridium plugs in race bike ... theyreeeeee great!  :thumb:
