I bought a 2008 Wee in May 2011. it is a twin spark ABS with the hand guards and panniers, luggage set. I put Oxford heated grips on and they are superb.
So far, no reliability issues at all. Never ever let me down once!
Swopped the Givi touring screen back to the OE screen as I can't use the Givi in winter time.
I have dented my luggage (the side panniers) twice now and used the top box which is large and gets all my stuff into it.
Despite being knocked over with me on it (I was stationery) the Wee is now repaired. It has 16,800 miles on it. It had 10,000 on when I bought it.
The ABS is superb and has kicked in on a few occasions - 10 out of 10.
Overall I'd say it was the best all rounder bike I've ever owned.
Economy is brilliant (I have the twin spark model). I get into the mid 60s mpg.
