When you park, park using the side stand first. Get off, put you left hand on the left handlebar grip and your right hand (palm down!) on the rear luggage rack. Use your right foot to
ligthly push the centre stand down until the "foot" touches the ground. At this point the bike is still on the side stand and only one "foot" on your centre stand is touching the ground. Now push the bike upright while keeping the centre stand foot on the ground. You will feel, through your right foot that's on the stand, when the other "foot" of the centre stand touches the ground on the other side. At this point you push down on the centre stand while at the same time you pull up with your hand on the luggage rack. Imagine having an elastic band between your foot and your right hand and stretch the band. You don't need any real strength to get a bike on a centre stand, it's pretty much all technique and I'd say the most important of that is to have both centre stand feet touching the ground. If you feel that you have to exert a lot of effort to get the bike on the stand you're doing it wrong. You can do this barefoot and you won't even hurt your foot if you do it right.
ps. Shees this is difficult to explain without being confusing. It's so much easier to show someone.
Edit: you can probably just search YouTube for an instructions video if my explanation doesn't do it for you
