Hard to get 3rd gear.
« on: October 12, 2011, 13:38:35 »
Hi I find it very hard to select 3rd gear on my 06 big strom which haes 10000 miles on it. Its only when changing up from second that it is very stiff and hard to select. Anyone got ideas or tips on what might be wrong? :auto-dirtbike:  :auto-dirtbike:

Could be a bent selector fork ?
It's pronounced 'twenty-one-twelve'

Might be a good idea to have it checked out sooner than later. You could end up with a big issue if anything breaks and goes through the gearbox at speed. Not trying to make you paranoid, just an opinion :)
