They're the cheapest that I could find so I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried them.
Chain and Sprocket set by Camoto (https://www.amazon.co.uk/X-ring-Sprocket-Suzuki-V-Strom-Adventure/dp/B01CO6RDOS/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1463417005&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=2014-2016v-strom+DL1000+sprocket+and+chain) for £73.00

No not yet changed chain/sprockets but it seems cheap enough......... that's good. There are no user reviews, I assume they are new on the market maybe. They may be packaged under other names. :smirk: Chinese?
It's a £99.99 suit. I'd be sure of the quality at £119.99 even if it's the same suit.

My original chain and sprockets has done 19.5K miles and and is looking good for another 5K miles,so I will try and replace it with the same again when the time comes.

The Varadero's chain got changed a few weeks back after 20k miles. Chain had a slight tight spot but was needing adjustment a little too often.
Personally I'd always go for DID chains and JT sprockets. Chain and sprocket kit cost me £86 for a DID 525 X ring gold112 link (correct for the Vara, not for the strom) from M&P.
You really don't want a cheap chain snap and punch a hole in the crank case.

I'd err on the cautious side with 'cheap' chains personally.
DID x ring for me, they can do 35+000 miles & barely needed adjusting.
