Last summer water was getting into the speedometer of my 2013 Glee. After 2 unsuccessful visits to the local dealer and reading of identical problems on this site Suzuki gave me a new speedometer. In October I washed the bike (with hose and sponge) and garaged it for the winter. I have been in the far East for the past month so as yesterday was a beautiful day I took it out of the garage only to discover the new speedometer was full of condensation!
I love the bike, but is it beyond Suzuki's ability to produce a speedometer that I can take out in the rain?

Mine had condensation as soon as I got it - March 2014
The speedo was changed under warranty shortly after but regularly shows slight moisture on the lens.
I even put mine in the airing cupboard for a couple of days.
Never had this on my other V-stroms or any other bike in the last 40 years.

The dealer tells me he has ordered a new case for the speedometer under warranty. I have told him that when the speedometer is taken out of the present case I want it left out in a warm room until it is definitely 100% dry. Lets hope this one works as my warranty runs out in July and I dread to thinks what a new one would cost!!

I think if you've had warranty claims on the speedo and it keeps happening after July, Suzuki would be hard pressed to not replace again as you'd have a good argument they've failed to correct the original issue.
