Hi blokes looking for some help dropped the bike whilst parking it(I know what a dick) anyway nearly caught it but the right footrest bracket snapped. I tried searching ebay and can't find anything there. Does anyone know where I could get thus part. The bike I have us a 2002 vstrom 1000

There's a blue DL650 breaking on eBay . I'm sure the foot peg brackets will be the same as the DL1000 . Grey wolf or someone will be along in a minute to confirm this . :thumb:

The footrest brackets are the same for Vee and Wee. Be aware both bikes changed from silver frames to black in 2006 though. If you need to get a new one from Suzuki, the part number is 43510-27G01-13L If it's the part I think you mean. Those pictured are rear pegs.I thought front was specified.

Ahh you could be right.
-
Might take a left footpeg off you Andy?
-
Assuming it's a Vee footpeg?
-
Yep, all from a K2 Vee. :thumb:

Vee pegs, front or rear, will also fit the Wee.

Thanks to everybody that helped out especially with the part number. Ordered via Robinsons on Sunday 9th March complete with postage for approx £39.00. Part arrived Wednseday, connected brake lever to it, bit fiddly with the spring but OK. No light in garage yet so unable to attach to bike until Saturday morning, couldn't believe how easily it went together. Back on the road Sunday great day riding up to and around Llandovery :auto-dirtbike:
